Privacy Policy

In order for B D Surveyors to operate, we require the use of personal information. This privacy policy sets out the details of what information is collected, as well as how that information is used and protected.

In order to comply with the laws on data protection (GDPR and EU ePrivacy directive), we are required to let clients know what information we hold about them. This privacy policy also applies to any information deemed through the use of our website.

We hold information about clients, including name, contact details, and relevant information pertaining to any Survey/valuation work being undertaken as given by the client with their consent.

Information is completely confidential and is only shared with relevant parties as discussed with the client, and when required to do so by law. 

Information is used by B D Surveyors in working with the client. We take the security of all personal information very seriously and it is held in a locked filing cabinet or on a password protected computer.

The client has the right to access information that we hold about them and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns clients may have about the information we hold on them.
